STOCK ALERT : 4

Hello All !!

Back Again With a New Stock Alert ...

AMBUJA CEMENTS LTD.

This is a Daily Time Frame Chart

AS We Can See ... The Stock was in Downtrend since Last Aug, Almost 12 Months done.. The Stock made a Low around March 22 and Started Reversal. Retesting The Falling Trendline again and again.

Finally The Stock is Able to Cross and Breakout From the Falling Trendline after almost 1 year and Now Trading Near The Important resistance of 384-385 zone. This Level is working Strong since a long time and We Can See The Consolidation with smaller Candles near the Resistance after Falling Trendline Breakout and before That from the Support of 359 levels.

The Stock is Making a Bullish Reversal Pattern of Cup and Handle While breaking Out of the Falling Trendline. The Cup and Handle Neckline is Placed around 384 Levels. We are About to Witness a Breakout From the Bullish Formation. The Depth of the Cup is almost 100 Rs. So The Target of the Breakout comes Around 477- 480 Levels Approximately. This might be a Slow Mover and May take some Time. But For a Stock which is Under Deal from Adani Group is not Expected to Perform Slowly after the deal is Done. Investors in this Stock may be waiting for Official Announcement of the Deal and So the Stock is Moving with Smaller Candles since last few Months.

While Breaking Out from the Falling Trendline, The Stock has Crossed the Yearly Moving Average also which shows the Intentions of the Bulls for a Longer Time Frame.
