Many Guys are Shocked to See the rally in Stock Markets, But in recent times things are changing globally and I have alerted many times regarding the same. One More thing is changing and it is Dominance of US Dollar in Global Currency Markets.
Let's see What is coming ahead in Dollar Index
Starting with a Chart of Dollar Index ..
This is a Monthly Chart, We can see a Rising Trendline and the Dollar index is moving perfectly with the Rising Trendline. The Index is Now Trading below the trendline, Complete Monthly Candle is trading below the trendline and indicating weakness in this index. Immediate Support of 92.70 levels is also broken now and I don't expect any major pull back above trendline in last 2 days of the month. Some Confirmation was needed before posting any trade here. Now Monthly Chart is confirming the Fall and We will be Selling the Index Heavily.
Recommendation Here :
US Dollar Index
Sell @ 92.60
Stoploss : 94.50
Targets : 88 - 84 - 80 and everything goes as per chart it will Reach 74 also.
What will be affected ?
The Currency Pairs with USD, GOLD (XAU/USD), SILVER (XAG/USD), Whatever is connected with USD will Change and will be having impact of Dollar Index Fall.
