Finolex Cables is principally engaged in the manufacturing of Electrical Cables, Communication Cables & other electrical appliances.
Having a market Capital of Around 5100 Crores. The Stock price is Currently Trading at 337, 52 Week High of the Stock was around 430 levels and hit a Low of 160 Levels during the March Lows. The Face Value of the Stock is Rs. 2.00 Only, While Book Value comes around Rs. 180.
The Company has a Good Track record of Paying Dividends and Most Important factor that weighs is Company is Almost Debt free.
As Per Our Analysis, The Make in India Initiative, The Stimulus Package delivered to the base of the Economy, focus on Rural Economy, Industrial Incentives and many more factors are giving boost to the consumption and development of the Industry and Rural Economy. It will indirectly benefit the Company with the Increase in Demand for the Products offered by them.

This is a Weekly Chart of Finolex Cables Ltd. We can see a Steady downtrend in last few years. The Price Corrected from approx 800 levels to 160 levels. Now The Price is reversing and Trying to break free from the falling trend.
We can see the Falling Trend Line is broken and Price is Currently trading above the Falling trendline. indicating a Good Breakout. The Price move was supported by Strong Volumes as we can see in the Chart. Price has Rallied from Bottom with heavy Volumes and last breakout from the resistance was seen on strong Volume and Big Strong Candles. Next Resistance is seen at 354 Levels. We expect a Pull Back to Retest the breakout area once before continuing the Next move.
